  2. In the master portal, select your agency workspace, open Screens & groups and choose Connect.
  3. Enter the displayed code and assign a message or playlist.

Pairing requires an authorized administrator at master.genvisionvault.com. This browser player serves master-portal workspaces; the separate GRTC production portal uses its own player. An Android download is not included.
